Trading Date for Onur Yüksek Teknoloji Shares on BIST Announced
Investing.com – The date has been announced for when Onur Yüksek Teknoloji A.Ş., which completed its IPO last week, will begin trading on Borsa Istanbul (BIST).
In a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Borsa Istanbul reported that the IPO of Onur Yüksek Teknoloji A.Ş. consisting of shares with a nominal value of 19,730,000 TL has been completed. The shares representing the company’s capital of 62,830,000 TL nominal value have been listed in accordance with Article 8 of the Listing Directive.
The shares offered in the IPO will start trading on the Main Market from May 28, 2024, at a base price of 49.50 TL under the ticker “ONRYT.E” using the continuous trading method. The maximum order value for this ticker has been set at 1,000,000 TL.
In the announcement regarding the IPO, it was noted that 1,537,888 investors received shares. The distribution was equal, with an average of 13 lots (643 TL) per investor.
The IPO size amounted to approximately 976 million TL, with a free float ratio of 31.4%.
