The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has put a mansion owned by Koza-İpek Holding AŞ up for sale.
According to a statement from TMSF, the property, located in Bebek and consisting of a mansion, two houses, and a garage, has an estimated value of 750 million TL.
The auction will take place on June 27 at 14:00, using open bidding and auction methods.
Bids must be submitted in TL as a lump sum payment.
Details regarding the properties are as follows:
“The properties are located at Bebek Mahallesi, Cevdet Paşa Caddesi, No: 11 and 11/A, Beşiktaş/Istanbul.
There are two buildings on parcel 1259, plot 132:
- The ‘White Mansion,’ a Grade II listed historical building, consists of two basement floors, a ground floor, one upper floor, an attic, and a terrace. It has an approximate gross indoor area of 695 m² and a terrace area of 208 m². The second basement includes a hall, two rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen niche, and a terrace. The first basement has a hall, two rooms, and two bathrooms. The ground floor comprises an entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, and WC. The upper floor contains a hall, five rooms, five bathrooms, and two balconies. The attic includes a hall, two rooms, a bathroom, and a terrace. The terrace floor has a hall and a terrace.
- The other building, known as the ‘Brown Mansion,’ consists of a ground floor and an upper floor, with an approximate gross indoor area of 230 m². The ground floor includes a living room, bathroom, room, dressing room, WC, and balcony. The upper floor has a hall, three rooms, a dressing room, a bathroom, and two WCs. Additionally, the parcel includes a winter garden and technical areas (boiler room, pump room, storage, pool machine room, generator room, parking, staff rooms, tunnel, security room).
On parcel 1259, plot 133, there is an outbuilding currently used as the mansion’s garden. However, the previously existing structure on this parcel is registered, and its preservation group is designated as Grade II. A restitution project for the registered structure has been approved, with the building designed as a three-story structure (basement, ground floor, upper floor) covering 502 m².
The properties are classified as ‘Grade II Listed Structures’ according to Decision No. 1093 of the 3rd Board for the Protection of Cultural Heritage, dated April 13, 1989.
The properties are currently vacant.
According to information from the Bosphorus Zoning Directorate, the parcels fall within the ‘Cultural Facility Area’ and ‘Road’ of the Bosphorus Coastal Strip and Foreground Area Implementation Zoning Plan, dated July 22, 1983, and scaled at 1/1000.”
